Our founders
Optavius was founded by Yves Prevoo and Paul Sabou, who bring more than twenty years of healthcare technology and regulated medical devices to the front desk.
Yves Prevoo
Founder and CEO
Yves spent more than twenty years in healthcare technology across product, regulatory affairs and clinical operations. As part of the founding team at Easee, the digital eye-testing company, he helped build one of the first products to reach CE Class IIa under the EU MDR. At Optavius he leads the push toward FDA and CE approval for the AI functions that make the agent progressively more autonomous.
Paul Sabou
Co-founder and CTO
Paul is a serial entrepreneur and technical leader. As co-founder and CTO of BusyMachines, which grew to more than fifty people before its acquisition, he advised sixty startups on technology and strategy. His work spans healthcare record systems and distributed platforms. At Optavius he owns the architecture and the product.
